These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ninewickets platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to the ninewickets website, mobile application and all related digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who holds a registered account on this platform or uses its services. "We" or "ninewickets" refers to the operating authority of this platform.

By using the platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If any user disagrees with any part of these Terms, they are requested not to use the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on ninewickets and take part in any betting or casino activity, a member must be 21 years of age or older. Providing a false age at registration is considered a serious breach of these Terms and the account may be closed immediately.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited. No member may allow another person to use their account. The account holder is responsible for all transactions carried out on their account, including those made by a third party.

4.2 Minimum Limits

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

5.4 Right to Cancel Bonuses

If ninewickets determines that a member is placing bets in a systematic manner with the intent to abuse or defraud bonuses, ninewickets reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.1 Void and Cancelled Bets

ninewickets reserves the right to declare a bet void due to a technical error, data feed fault or abnormal circumstances. The stake of a void bet will be returned to the member's account.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device problem, the server record will be considered final. A different result displayed on the user's device will not be accepted.

6.3 Odds Changes

In sports betting, the odds at the moment a bet is accepted will apply. Live betting odds may change rapidly after an event starts and are not confirmed until the bet is accepted.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure:

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts in order to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using software, bots or any automated method.
• Participating in or assisting with match fixing or any form of manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Harassing, intimidating or attempting to defraud other members or staff.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's security systems.

9.1 At ninewickets' Initiative

ninewickets reserves the right to suspend an account at any time without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity or a need for investigation. Any valid balance will be paid out once the investigation is resolved.

9.2 At the Member's Initiative

A member who wishes to close their own account may submit a request via 24/7 live chat or email. Any pending withdrawal will be processed before closure. Any remaining bonus balance will not be refunded.
